Our facial cleanser manufacturing covers gel-to-foam cleansers, cream and milk cleansers for dry and sensitive skin, micellar waters, cleansing oils and balms, salicylic acid cleansers for acne-prone skin, low-pH and soap-free systems, and exfoliating cleansers with enzymatic or physical actives. Formulations can be fragrance-free, vegan, dermatologically positioned or built around a claimed hero active depending on how your brand sells.

Filled in 100–250 ml pump bottles, tubes and foamer bottles, with 30–50 ml trial sizes for sampling kits. As an OEM and private label skin care manufacturer we can start you from an existing certified base formulation and move to production quickly, or take your own cleanser formula under contract manufacturing with an NDA in place before you share it.

We manufacture the full moisturizer range — lightweight gel-creams, day creams, rich night creams, anti-ageing and firming creams, hyaluronic acid and ceramide hydrators, barrier-repair and sensitive-skin creams, eye creams and moisturizers for oily and combination skin. Emulsion systems are developed for the texture and skin feel your positioning needs, from fast-absorbing to occlusive.

Formats run from 15 ml eye cream jars through 30, 50 and 100 ml retail jars, tubes and airless pumps, to larger professional sizes. Airless packaging is the usual choice for actives-led formulations that need protection from oxidation. Tell us your target retail price point and we work backwards to a formulation and packaging combination that holds your margin.

Serum manufacturing includes vitamin C serums, hyaluronic acid serums across molecular weights, niacinamide and zinc serums for oily and blemish-prone skin, retinol and retinal serums, peptide serums, AHA/BHA exfoliating serums, and hydrating or soothing serums with centella, panthenol and allantoin. Active percentages are set to your claim and to the regulatory limits of your target market.

Filled in 15–50 ml glass or PET dropper bottles and airless pumps, amber or opaque where light stability requires it. Serums are the highest-margin format in skin care and the most common starting SKU for a new private label brand — low fill volume, high perceived value, and an easy story to market. Stability and compatibility testing is part of the development process before we release a batch to production.

Face mask production covers clay and charcoal purifying masks, hydrating cream and gel masks, overnight sleeping masks, peel-off masks, exfoliating and enzyme masks, and mask essences for sheet mask filling. Textures and drying profiles are tuned to the claim — a purifying clay mask should feel like it works, while a sleeping mask should disappear into the skin.

Formats include 50–150 ml tubes and jars for retail, 10–15 ml single-use sachets for sampling and multi-pack retail, and bulk essence supply for sheet mask converters. Sachet multipacks are a strong entry SKU for pharmacy and e-commerce channels where a full jar is a harder first purchase.

We produce hydrating and soothing toners, exfoliating toners with AHA, BHA or PHA acids, balancing toners for oily skin, alcohol-free and fragrance-free toners for sensitive skin, essences, and facial mists including setting and refreshing mists. Botanical-water and ferment-based bases are available for brands positioned around natural claims.

Filled in 100–250 ml splash bottles and fine-mist spray bottles, with 50 ml travel sizes for sampling and gift sets. Toners are a reliable range-extension SKU: once the cleanser and serum are working, a matched toner completes the routine and increases basket size without new formulation risk.
