Gel & spray manufacturing

We manufacture strong-hold and mega-hold hair gels, wet-look and gloss gels, matte and clay-effect styling products, water-based pomades and waxes, alcohol-free gels for sensitive scalps, curl-defining and edge-control gels, and beard styling gels for men's grooming lines. Hold is formulated to a defined scale so a barber SKU and a retail SKU can share a fragrance while performing differently.

Filled in 150–500 ml jars, tubes and pump bottles, with larger professional tubs for salon and barber distribution. As a private label and contract manufacturer we can reproduce a styling product you currently source elsewhere — send the sample and the specification and we work back from it.

Cosmetic spray manufacturing covers facial and hydrating mists, thermal and botanical water sprays, body mists and fragranced body sprays, leave-in hair sprays and detangling mists, and refreshing or cooling sprays. Both water-based and emulsified spray systems are produced, with viscosity tuned to the pump so the spray pattern is consistent from full bottle to last dose.

Filled in 50–250 ml PET, glass and aluminium bottles with fine-mist or continuous-spray closures. Mist formats are one of the lowest-cost ways to add a visible SKU to a range, and they sample extremely well — a 50 ml mist is a common giveaway in e-commerce and trade-fair kits.

We produce makeup setting and fixing sprays with matte or dewy finishes, hairsprays across flexible to firm hold in non-aerosol pump format, shine and gloss finishing sprays, heat-protection sprays for blow-dry and flat-iron use, and texturising sea-salt finishing sprays. Alcohol content, film former and dry-down time are the levers we set against your claim and your market's regulatory position.

Filled in 100–300 ml spray bottles, with travel-size 50 ml formats for retail displays and kits. Non-aerosol pump formats simplify transport and customs for export, which matters when you are shipping into multiple EU and EAEU markets from one production run.

Alongside cosmetic formats we manufacture functional sprays: alcohol-based hand sanitiser sprays and gels, antibacterial surface sprays, room and linen sprays, fabric refreshers, and other functional liquids that fit our filling equipment and our certified scope, which covers cosmetics and cleaning products.

Filled in 50–500 ml bottles with fine-mist, trigger or standard spray closures. If you already work with us on a cosmetic range, adding a functional SKU rarely requires new tooling — it usually runs on the same line, which keeps the addition cheap and fast.
