Hair care manufacturing

As a private label shampoo manufacturer we produce the full range of shampoo formulations — sulfate-free (SLS/SLES-free) systems built on mild surfactants, clarifying and anti-dandruff shampoos with zinc pyrithione or piroctone olamine, colour-protection shampoos for treated hair, keratin and protein shampoos, baby and sensitive-scalp shampoos, and 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. Formulations can be vegan, silicone-free, paraben-free or dermatologically positioned depending on the market you sell into.

Filling covers 100 ml travel and sampling sizes through 250, 400, 500 and 750 ml retail bottles up to 1 L and 5 L salon and professional formats, in PET, HDPE or PCR-recycled bottles with disc-top, flip-top or pump closures. You can start from our existing formulation library as OEM/private label, bring your own shampoo formula for contract manufacturing, or brief our lab for a custom formulation. MOQs are set per format and volume — tell us your target run and we quote the exact number.

Our conditioner manufacturing covers everyday rinse-out conditioners, leave-in conditioning sprays and creams, deep conditioners, detangling conditioners for curly and textured hair, colour-safe conditioners and cleansing conditioners (co-wash). Formulation levers include cationic conditioning agents, hydrolysed keratin and silk protein, argan, coconut and shea derivatives, silicone or silicone-free slip systems, and pH-adjusted profiles for post-colour and post-keratin use.

Produced across 13 mixing tanks and filled on 8 lines in bottles, tubes, jars and sachets — 100 ml to 1 L retail, larger professional formats on request. Full sets are common: brands usually run a matched shampoo and conditioner pair with a shared fragrance profile, which we develop and hold as a reference standard so repeat batches stay identical.

Hair mask and treatment manufacturing includes deep-repair keratin masks, bond-building and bond-repair treatments, protein reconstructors, moisture and hydration masks, scalp treatments and pre-shampoo (pre-poo) masks. Textures range from light rinse-out creams to rich butter-weight masks, formulated for fine, dry, damaged, colour-treated, curly or coily hair depending on your brand's positioning.

Formats include 150–500 ml jars and tubes for retail, 10–30 ml single-use sachets for sampling and trial-size sets, and 1 L professional tubs for salon distribution. Sampling sachets are a low-cost way to test a new market before committing to a full retail run, and we fill them on the same line as the retail format so what a customer tries is exactly what they buy.

We manufacture lightweight and rich hair oils — argan, coconut, castor, jojoba, black seed and blended botanical oils — alongside silicone-based and silicone-free smoothing serums, heat-protection serums for blow-dry and flat-iron use, anti-frizz and split-end serums, scalp and hair growth oils, and overnight treatment oils. Both water-free oil systems and emulsified serum bases are available.

Filled in 30–100 ml glass or PET bottles with dropper, pump or spray closures, and in larger 150–250 ml formats for value lines. Oils and serums carry high perceived value per unit, which makes them one of the most accessible entry formats for a new brand: low fill volume, low MOQ, strong margin. Ask us for a sampling set across two or three oil blends before you commit to one.

Styling manufacturing covers strong-hold and wet-look hair gels, matte and gloss styling waxes and pomades, styling creams, mousse, hairspray in pump and aerosol-alternative formats, texturising and sea-salt sprays, curl-defining gels and heat-activated styling sprays. Hold levels are formulated to a defined scale so a barber line and a retail line can share a fragrance but differ in performance.

Formats include 150–500 ml gel jars and tubes, 100–250 ml wax jars, and 150–300 ml spray bottles with fine-mist or trigger closures. Barber and salon-channel brands typically run larger jars and a professional label variant; we handle both SKUs in the same production run.
