Body care manufacturing

We manufacture shower gels and body washes across the full surfactant range — classic high-foam systems, sulfate-free (SLS/SLES-free) mild formulations, creamy moisturising washes, exfoliating shower gels, antibacterial and hygiene-positioned washes, and 2-in-1 hair and body washes for men's and kids' lines. Fragrance development is part of the brief: a body wash sells on scent as much as on claim, and we hold your fragrance as a locked reference standard across repeat batches.

Filled in 250, 400, 500 and 750 ml bottles up to 1 L and 5 L refill and professional formats, in PET, HDPE or PCR-recycled packaging with disc-top, flip-top or pump closures. Shower gel is a high-volume, price-sensitive format — our 25 tons/day capacity and 8 filling lines are what make competitive unit economics possible on large runs.

Body lotion manufacturing covers lightweight fast-absorbing lotions, rich body creams and body butters, intensive dry-skin and urea-based repair lotions, after-sun and soothing lotions, firming lotions, and fragrance-free sensitive-skin formulations. Shea, cocoa butter, almond and argan systems are available, as are vegan and silicone-free versions.

Formats run from 50 ml travel tubes through 200–400 ml pump bottles to 500 ml pumps and 200–500 ml butter jars. Lotion is the natural range extension for any brand already selling a shower gel — matched fragrance across wash and lotion is one of the simplest ways to increase average order value, and we develop the pair together so the scent carries correctly in both bases.

We produce dry-touch body oils, nourishing massage oils, stretch-mark oil blends, bath oils, after-shower oils and shimmer oils, built on argan, almond, jojoba, coconut, rosehip and blended botanical bases. Fast-absorbing dry oil systems and richer traditional oil blends are both available, as are emulsified oil-in-water body serums.

Filled in 50–200 ml glass or PET bottles with pump, dropper or fine-mist spray closures. Spray-format dry oils carry strong perceived value with modest fill cost, which makes them a good margin SKU alongside a lotion-led range.

Body scrub manufacturing includes sugar scrubs, sea-salt and Himalayan salt scrubs, coffee scrubs, oil-based and emulsifying scrubs that rinse clean, and microplastic-free gel and cream exfoliants using natural exfoliating particles. Grit level, oil phase and rinse behaviour are all formulation choices — a spa-positioned scrub and a mass-market shower polish are very different products.

Filled in 200–500 ml jars and tubs, with 50 ml sizes for gift sets and sampling. Scrubs perform strongly in gift and seasonal sets, where they are usually bundled with a matched body butter or oil — we can produce the set components together and to a shared fragrance.

We manufacture hand creams from lightweight everyday formats to intensive repair creams for dry and working hands, liquid hand soaps and foaming hand washes, alcohol-based hand sanitiser gels and sprays, foot creams, cracked-heel and urea treatment creams, foot scrubs and cooling foot sprays. Hygiene-positioned products are produced under the same GMP-certified quality system as the rest of our range.

Formats include 30–75 ml hand cream tubes, 100 ml pumps, 300–500 ml hand wash bottles, and 75–150 ml foot cream tubes. Hand cream is one of the lowest-barrier private label entry products — small fill volume, wide retail and promotional distribution, and a straightforward regulatory profile.
