Formats we produce

Gel, wax & pomade

Hold products across the full scale — from light control to mega-hold, in gel, wax, clay and pomade textures.

+

We manufacture strong-hold and mega-hold hair gels, wet-look and high-gloss gels, matte clay and fibre waxes, water-based pomades that rinse clean, alcohol-free gels for sensitive scalps, and beard and moustache styling waxes for men's grooming lines. Hold is formulated against a defined scale rather than by description, so a barber SKU and a retail SKU can share a fragrance and a pack while behaving differently on the hair.

Filled into 100–500 ml jars, tubes and pump bottles, with 1 L and larger professional tubs for salon and barber distribution. If you already sell a styling product you source elsewhere, send the sample and the specification — reverse-engineering an existing hold, finish and residue profile is routine work for our formulation team, and it removes the reformulation risk from a supplier switch.

Hairspray & finishing spray

Pump hairsprays from flexible to firm, plus shine, gloss and anti-frizz finishing sprays.

+

Our hairspray range covers flexible-hold working sprays, firm and extra-firm finishing sprays, shine and gloss sprays, anti-frizz and humidity-resistant finishes, and root-lift sprays. Alcohol content, film former and dry-down time are the three levers we set against your claim and your market's regulatory position — a fast-drying firm spray for a professional line and a brushable flexible spray for retail are different formulas, not different labels on one batch.

Filled into 100–300 ml non-aerosol pump bottles, with 50 ml travel sizes for retail displays and sampling kits. Non-aerosol formats simplify transport, customs classification and warehousing, which matters when a single production run ships into several EU and EAEU markets. Aerosol propellant filling is not done in-house; we tell you this before a brief rather than after it.

Styling cream, mousse & heat protection

Leave-in creams, blow-dry lotions, mousses and heat protection for thermal styling.

+

We produce leave-in styling creams and blow-dry lotions, volumising and curl mousses, smoothing balms and anti-frizz creams, and heat protection sprays and creams rated for blow-dryer, flat-iron and curling-wand temperatures. Heat protection claims are formulated against the thermal range you intend to state, because the claim is what a regulator and a retail buyer will both check.

Filled into 100–250 ml tubes, pump bottles and mousse canisters. Mousse and cream formats are where a styling range earns repeat purchase — they are used daily rather than occasionally — so they justify the formulation work that a one-off gel SKU does not.

Texture & curl definition

Sea-salt and texturising sprays, curl creams, curl-defining gels and edge control.

+

Texture and curl manufacturing covers sea-salt and beach-texture sprays, dry texture and volume sprays, curl-defining gels and custards, curl creams and leave-in definers, and edge control gels and pomades. Formulas are built for a stated curl pattern rather than for curly hair in general, because a product that performs on wavy hair and one that performs on coily hair have little in common beyond the category name.

Filled into 50–300 ml jars, tubes and spray bottles. Curl and texture is the fastest-growing part of the styling shelf across Europe and the Gulf, and it is under-served by generic styling ranges — a dedicated curl line is one of the cleanest ways to enter a crowded market with a defensible position.
